Getting there
Traveling by plane
Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS)
It is approximately a 40 minute drive to all recommended hotels.
Passports: As a reminder, please check your passport expiration date. Your passport needs to be valid for an additional 6 months from the date of leaving the Bahamas.
Airport Transfer to Hotel
There are taxis readily available at the airport or you can book a private car through our preferred vendor. There are no ride share services such as Uber and Lyft on Nassau. More information to come!
Where to stay
We’ve arranged a special room block for our guests at the following hotels. We encourage everyone to make a reservation at one of the following hotels to be close to all wedding activities and other guests.
To book your room at the discounted rate, please use our designated links. Be sure to complete your reservation before September 1st to secure the special wedding weekend rates.
Feel free to arrive earlier or stay later than the main room block dates, as our room block rates will cover additional days. You may want to arrive on Wednesday and depart on Sunday to take full advantage of the weekend’s activities.

Daily Transportation
Shuttles will be provided to all the wedding events directly from the recommended hotels. If you choose to stay at another location you will be responsible for getting to the pickup locations at the designated times.
