Welcome Party | 5:00 PM
Check in to your hotel and join us for dinner and drinks at The Ocean Club!
Dress: Cocktail Attire
Getting there: If you’re staying at The Atlantis or Comfort Suites, the shuttle will be departing promptly at 4:45 PM. Please meet at your pick-up location by 4:35 PM to ensure a smooth departure. The shuttle from The Comfort Suites will depart outside of the lobby entrance. The shuttle from The Atlantis will depart from The Reef lobby entrance. If you are staying elsewhere please make arrangements to meet at The Ocean Club for the welcome party.
End of the night transportation:
Shuttles will be available throughout the evening for return service to your hotels starting at 8:00 PM. Please note that shuttles cannot make additional stops, add new addresses, or change pick-up or drop-off locations. They must stay on their specified routes.
Friday 12.13.24
Wedding & Reception | 4:00 PM
The Cloisters at The Ocean Club
Please join us for the wedding ceremony followed by the reception & dancing. The afterparty will take place at the Pool Oasis until 3 AM.
Dress: Formal Attire
Getting there: If you’re staying at The Atlantis or Comfort Suites, the shuttle will be departing promptly at 3:50 PM. Please meet at your pick-up location by 3:40 PM to ensure a smooth departure. The shuttle from The Comfort Suites will depart outside of the lobby entrance. The shuttle from The Atlantis will depart from The Reef lobby entrance. If you are staying elsewhere please make arrangements to meet at The Ocean Club for the welcome party.
If you are staying on-site at The Ocean Club, please plan to be in the lobby by 4:00 PM if you would like a ride to The Cloisters, or it is about a 10-minute walk. The Ocean Club staff will direct you to the shuttle or the ceremony location.

Shuttles will be available throughout the evening for return service to your hotels starting at 10:00 PM. The last shuttle will depart from The Ocean Club at 3:00 AM.
Saturday 12.14.24
A Day on the Water | 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Paradise Island Ferry Terminal, Nassau
Located directly behind Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville.
Please plan to be at the boat dock to check in at 12:30 PM. The boat will depart sharply at 1 PM, so please arrive on time! Once the boat takes off, beverages will be served on the short 30-minute ride to Rose Island. There will be lunch, assorted beverages, and lots of fun on the island! The boat will start heading back to the Ferry Terminal around 4:30 PM, making the trip about four hours long.
Dress: Casual Beach Attire. We will provide sunscreen, towels & Dramamine if needed. Please bring anything else you may need for a day in the sun; hats and bathing suits are strongly suggested!
Getting there: There will only be a shuttle service from The Ocean Club departing at 12:10 PM. For all other guests staying at the Atlantis & Comfort Suites, the Ferry Terminal is within walking distance. Please give yourselves plenty of time to walk to the terminal.
